1. Acceptance

By accessing any Purple Ray Group (Pty) Ltd property — including purpleraygroup.co.za, devbyjay.vercel.app, tradepulsetech.vercel.app, Predesigns Clothing, Xentara Life, AlibiSafe, SafeGuard SA, and related apps — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, brands, logos, Expert Advisors, and products are the intellectual property of Purple Ray Group (Pty) Ltd unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute without written permission.

3. Trading & Expert Advisor Risk Disclaimer

Trade Pulse Technologies Expert Advisors (EAs) and any trading tools are provided for educational and automation use. Trading carries risk — capital is at risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Nothing we provide is financial advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, broker selection, and risk management.

4. B2B Engagements

Websites, apps, and automation deliverables pass intellectual-property ownership to the client upon full payment. 50% deposits are non-refundable once work commences. Final payment is due on delivery.

5. AlibiSafe / SafeGuard SA

Evidence-capture features are assistive only and do not constitute legal advice or a guarantee of admissibility. Reports routed to SAPS via SafeGuard SA are initiated by you. You are responsible for the accuracy of captured data.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Purple Ray Group (Pty) Ltd is not liable for trading losses, third-party platform outages, misuse of delivered products, or indirect/consequential damages.

7. Privacy

Personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy (POPIA-compliant).

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes are resolved by negotiation, then arbitration.
