The Founder

Purple Ray Group was founded by Josias Tlou, a software engineer, entrepreneur, and technology builder driven by a passion for creating practical solutions that improve everyday life.

With a background in software development, artificial intelligence, digital products, and business innovation, Josias believes that technology should solve real problems, create opportunities, and empower people across Africa and beyond.

His journey began with a simple vision: to build products that combine innovation, accessibility, and real-world impact. That vision has grown into an expanding ecosystem of ventures spanning software, AI, fintech, consumer products, and digital services.

Through Purple Ray Group, Josias leads the development of ventures such as Aurora AI, an intelligent personal assistant platform; Xentara Life, a premium gaming and lifestyle brand; Talka, a communication platform designed for accessibility; and other emerging products focused on solving meaningful challenges.

His long-term mission is to build globally competitive companies from Africa, proving that world-class innovation can be created anywhere when driven by vision, discipline, and relentless execution.
